LAUNCH OF A CABLE STEAMER. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. (Received Feb. 18, 9.31 a.m,) LONDON, Feb. 17. The steamship Coionia has been launched, to carry three thousand miles of cable. When she is completed, she will lay the Vancouver-Fanning Island section of the Pacific cable.
