[Pkr Prf.ss Association.] WANGANUI, Feb. 17. Colonel Scanenville left to-day for Wellington to supervise arrangements in connection with the Rifle Association's annual meeting at Trentham, commencing on Feb. 27. He has received' an offer from Greytown of £50 townirds the expenses of sending a team to Bisley, provided that certain men go, but is of opinion that the whole of tihe money must first be subscribed, and then the best men selected.
