In the Supreme Court Harry Edward Dennett was sentenced to one year's imprisonment for assault and robbery. This completes the criminal business. WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. David Dick, charged with arson at Greytown. in whose case the jury had disagrAd, came before the. Supreme Court again today and pleaded guilty. The Chief Justice ordered the accused to come up for sentence when called upon. Andrew Peterson, for cattle-stealing, was placed on probation for eighteen months, and Thomas Reardon, for assault and robbery, was sentenced to two and a half years' imprisonment.
