Tbe following: weather forecast was telekrapbed from Wellington to-day: — A gale from between the ' north-east and 6outh-oaet at all places north of Tauracga, Taupo, and t Raglan.- extending on the east coast to Napier after twenty moderate 4o strong easterly winds in all other parts of the North Inland, and a gale from between the northeast and north-west «fter twelve hours in most parts of the South Island. The barometer will fall everywhere. The sea will be heavy on "the east coast northward of East Cape, moderate thence to Castlepoint, considerable thenoe southward, moderate on. the west coast of the North Island, and considerable south of Cape Farewell. The tides will /be -high on the east coast north of East Cape, good- and increasing •bhence southwards, and' also <m. the west coast wrath of Cape Egmont, and poor north of Cape Emont. Rain.' will.be heavy north of Tanranga, Taupo and Raglan, and is probable in the rest of -the North Island. Walnner weather, is to be expected everywhere., Warning .signals for easterly gales are exhibited at Capo Maria Van Diemen and Tiritiri, and for northerly gales ai Capes Campbell, Farewell Spit ana Foulwind.
