c [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, April 12. The Otemata Station, with 20,000 sheep, jointly occupied by Messrs Ritchie and Xeschmaker, was sold yesterday, owing to the partnership having expired by the effluxion of . time: The property was purchased by Mr J. M. Ritchie far £13,500.
