Drunkenness.— A first offender, charged with being drunk in Tuam Street, was fined 1 5s or the usual alternative. — Ellen; len Parkinson, changed with having been drunk in Bedford Row yesterday, and who had a long list of previous convictions, was fined £1, or in default, seven days' imprisonment. . (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M:) Cmi. Business.— ln the following' cases judgment was given for the plaintiffs by default:—T. H. Vernazani v. C. J. Gohns, claim) £1 ss; Pitcaithly, Wallace and Co. v. Nicholas Morras, £25 11s 7d. In the case of Lawrence Kelly v. Elizabeth! Cross, claim £39 19s 9d, in which judgment had been reserved, Mi- Bishop gave judgment for the, defendant, with costs.
