DIX'S GAIETY COMPANY.

There was a crowded audience at the Opera House last evening. All the old favourites were most cordially received. Miss Beatrice Smith was encored for her song entitled "Come Down and Open the Door." Miss Olive Lenton, Miss Ida Clarkson, and little Ruby Williams all got their share of applaiifo. Mr Arthur Hahn sang "The Mighty Deep," and Mr Bob Hall and Mr C. Hampton were encored for their contributions. The feature of the second part of the programme was die bicycle riding of the Williams Quartette. The entertainment concluded with the amusing farce "Taming of the Shrew." The programme wilL be repeated this evening.
