CAPTURE OF JIMMY GOVERNOR. United Press Association— 'By Electrio Telegraph— Copyright. /'. SYDNEY, Oct. 27. Jimmy Governor robbed Wallace's hut. Wallace located the camp, and a party of settlers, watched till morning. They called on the outlaw to surrender, but he bolted, and an exciting chase followed. He received a shot-gun wound in the back, but the injury is not serious. He congratulated his captors, and said that the police could not. catch a new-bom calf. Jimmy had a Winchester rifle, but it had been jammed. For the last three weeks he had lived chiefly on honey, and was very weak. Joe left him on Oct. 17, and is hiding about fifty miles from where Jimmy was captured. (Received Oct. 29, 1.18 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 28. Jimmy Governor, in a long statement, sadd that the Mawbeys were murdered because they were alwiays' taunting his wife with being married to ia blackfelloiw. .He said that Joe shot •M'Kay and Fi^spatrick. The police narrowly missed capturing <him several times. He was tired of being out, and 'had intended to surrender. •
