The case of Gibson v. i>pTfc6 and the Excelsior Boot Company, cross appeals from- a decision given by Mr Justice Martin. Tyree was the New Zealand partner of Gavin Gibson and Co., leather merchants, and the questions involved are whether the firm is entitled to share in certain separate transactions of lyree and the Excelsior Boot Company, which Tyree proiroted, and m which, it is contended, he competed with the firm.
