DISARMAMENT OF THE MUSSULMANS. United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. CANDIA, Sept. 20. Relying on Admiral Noel's pledge of protection, the Mussulmans are disarming willingly, and the insurgents have promised not to make an attack. CANDIA, Sept. 21. Sixteen hundred rifles, chiefly of an obsolete pattern, have been surrendered by the Mussulmans.. The order to disarm has been extended to the eastern and western provinces.
