Tlie Correctional Tribunal has commenced hearing the charges of revealing the contents of State documents concerning national defence, in connection with the Dreyfus case, against M. Picquart and M. Leblois, a member of the French Bar, and one of M. Zola's advocates. The inquiry has been adjourned. M. Picquart declined to ask for bail.
