"*"T- — IN CHAMBERS. Friday. Sept. 16. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.) PROBATES. His Honor granted probate of the wills of Thomas Roach, deceased (Mr Fereday) ; and a motion for probate of the will of John Broughton, deceased (Mr Fereday), was held over until the next Chamber sittings. On the application of Messrs Loughrey and Lane, letters of administration were granted in the estate of Selina Florence Doppiug, deceased. RE SYDENHAM GOSPEL MISSION. Mr Russell appeared herein in support of a summons for the removal of the trustees. Mr Badger, contra, applied for an adjournment to which Mr Russell objected. Further hearing was adjourned until next Chamber day, Mr Badger undertaking to pay .£24 into Court within the next f orty -eight hours. The question of costs was ordered to stand over in the meantime. RE ROBERT FRISBT, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Wilding, his Honor made an order for the appointment of a guardian herein. HARRIS AND OTHERS V. AYNSLEY AND ANOTHER. This was an application by Mr Maude for further time to plead. - " ! " Mr Cowhshaw opposed the application. . His Honor extended the time to Sept. SO, and allowed costs of £1 Is. | DESTITUTE PERSONS ACT AND RE ORDER IN j m'bride V. M'BRIDE. This was an application by Mr Nalder for ! an order for payment out of the property of the deceased for the benefit of the wife. His 1 Honor pointed out that this was a statutory j debt with priority over other debts in the -J estate, and would be protected when adj ministration was taken out. No- order was made. j RE MARK RIDDLE THOMPKINS, DECEASED. I On the application of Mr Kippenberger, his Honor made an order sanctioning the ] sale of land in the estate. BOROUGH OP BRUNNERTON V. LABATT. On the application of Mr Joynt his Honor made an order herein for removal of, the action from the Magistrate's Court at Brunnerton to the District Court of Westland. Costs of .31 is ww allowed, to be costs in the cause.
