SERIOUS RIOTS. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph •« Copy ri(f lit. Received May 2, 10.15 a.m. CALCUTTA, May 1. Twelve deaths have occurred in Calcutta from the bubonic plague. During serious plague riots at Garßhandar, in the Bombay presidency, twenty - six police were wounded. The police fired upon the' rioters, killing nine and wounding twenty-seven.
