CHARITABLE AID ADMINISTRATION.
"* . . TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — Mr fieetham's remarks " that the Charitable Aid Board's duty is to dispense aid and not to deal with immorality," only proves the necessity for municipal reform. The magistrate has adopted a course which cannot fail to, gain the, esteem and secure the admiration of air. liheral minded men and women. The dealing with immorality lies in. another direction. The attempt that has beeii made only shows the incompetency of that administration, forcing a further pressure in another direction. — I am, &c, LET US BE JUST.
