The "All Red" Cubic Committee has adjourned sine die pending replies being received from the colonies in reference to the Cape route. In the House of Commons, Mr Chamberlain replying to a question, said that Sfc Paul's and Amsterdam Islands belonged to France. He was not aware thafc tliey would be required for the purposes of the CapeAustralia cable.
