Addington Horticultural Society.— The monthly meeting of the .committee of the Addington Horticultural Society was held on Friday evening, when Mr J. Hepworth presided. Preliminary arrangements were made for the chrysanthemum show to be held on April 29. The Dunedin Murder: - The Otago Daily Times reports that the condemned man Charles Clements maintains, since ha conviction for the murder of his wife, the same demeanour that was noticeable during the trial. The only anxiety he has betrayed is with regard to the date of execution.
