The balance-sheet, which showed an expenditure of _Cl9O 6s Id, and a cash credit balance of 14s 2d, was adopted. Major Slater gave a brief review of the work of the company during the year, which he considered very satisfactory.' The following were elected officers for the ensuing year -.—Assistant-treasurer, Lieutenant the Earl of Seafield ; secretary, Sergeant Herrick ; finance committee, Quartermaster Berland, Sergeant M'Dowell, Sergeant M'Artney, Troopers Anderson and Hamling ; firing committee, Quartermaster Berland, Sergeant M'Artney, Corporals Ashton and Wheeler, Troopers Anderson, Foster, Eeader and Barrett ; custodian of ammunition, Sergeant M'Dowell ; assistantstorekeeper, Lance - corporal Hesketh ; auditors, Quartermaster Berland and Trooper Bradley; delegates to associated corps range, the officers commanding, with Quartermaster Berland and Trooper Scrimshaw ; handicappers, Major Slater and ex-Captain Palairet ; assistant-armourer, Corporal Ashton. Ex-Lieutenant Slater having heen unanimously elected an honorary life member of the corps, the meeting terminated.
