The balance-sheet showed a credit of „10 3s 4d in the bank, and about -210 understanding in subscriptions."- The election of officers resulted as follows: — Captain, Mr •B. H. Burns; secretary, Mr N. G. W. '-latimei\\ treasurer, .&_ T. D. Condell; conimittee, ' Messrs J. Wood, J. Turnbull and "VV. C. Charlewood. The question of enlarging the hut afc the links was left to the committee. It was decided to suggest to the committee tbe advisableness of holding tbe championship meeting in September, and to request it to frame a programme. It was decided to recommend that the holes at the links should be named. • Mr R. M. Macdonald was elected a member of the club. It was resolved to open the season on Saturday.
