Conley, C.E., on behalf of an Auckland syndicate, a concession to light Coromandel with gas, subject to conditions and deposit. The Northern Brewery (Messrs Seccombe and Sons) has been formed into a joint stock company, with Mr J. Mowbray as chairman. A movement is on foot amongst Sir R. Stout's friends in Auckland fco co-operate with Wellington in presenting him with a testimonial from the people in recognition of his labours as a member of Parliament.
