♦ The Committee of the Linwood Foot- j ball Club met at the rooms last night, in order to make final arrangements for the annual meeting, which will take place on Friday next. The rooms are now undergoing a complete renovation, and I everything should be very comfortable for the opening night. A number of defaulters' names have been sent to the club's solicitor, as the committee is determined to protect itself under the Registratien of Unclassified Societies Act.
