CHRISTCHURCH.
Tuesday, Dec. 14. (Before Mr R. Beetham, S.M.I Drunkenness. — James Bracfing was fined 5d or twenty-four hours' imprisonment for the above offence. Affiliation. —John Wilson was charged' with being the father of an illegitimate child. Mr Wilding appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Kippenberger for defendant. After evidence had been taken, the case was adjourned one week for the production of a witness. _ Separation Order.—On their application, a separation order was cancelled in the case of Jones v. Jones.
