SUPREME COURT.

IN CHAMBERS. Friday, August 27. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honor Mr Justice Denniston sat in Chambers at eleven o'clock this morning, when the following business, was taken : — Re William Henry Blackmore, deceased. —On the application of Mr Flesher, probate in this estate was granted. ' Re William Mitchell, deceased. — An application by Mr Purnell for executors' commission to be paid out of the estate was referred to the Registrar. Re W. Atkinson, deceased, and Thomas v. Matheson and others. — Originating summons for accounts (Mr Cowlishaw). Adjourned until Tuesday next. Re Paul v. Paul (divorce). — An application herein by Mr Deacon for custody of children was ordered to stand over sine die. Re Emily A. E. Shireff, deceased.- -On the application of Mr Harris, executors' commission was ordered to be paid out of the estate. Re Thomas King, deceased. — An application by Mr Bruges for the issue of letters of administration was granted.
