A NEW WOMAN.

A SENSATION AT GLEBELAND. A NATIONAL BOON. ONCE MORE ' LOASBY'S "WAHOO" EFFECTS A SURPRISING CURE. A CONFIRMED DYSPEPTIC —21 YEARS OP MISERY — FRENCH AND ENGLISH DOCTORS PRONOUNCED HER INCURABLE — GOT RELIEF PROM THE FIRST DOSE. A WONDEEFTJL AND RAPID RECOVERY OF AN ELDERY PERSON. Some Really Sensational Cures of longstanding Indigestion and Chtrtnic Javer Complaints have been performed by- ; Loasby's " Wahoo," the well-known. New Zealand Remedy. ,->. l{ In New Soxith Wales lately some of the cures were so . remarkable that, to avoid the charge of having overdrawn the testimonial given, Loasby's "AVahoo" Company invited tho local Press to make a strict and impartial investigation into those cases, and the result is here given ; Altogether close on thirty (30) cases have been investigated, and the result iB that Loasby's " Wahoo" is booming in all parts of N.S.W. ' , ' , The following is one of the Press investigations : — , Much lias been said lately concerning tho remarkable recovery of Mrs John Date, of Wilton Street, Glebeland, who has been completely restored to health, after having SUFFERED THE PANGS OF DYSPEPSIA :or 2] ]nn£ years, by a short course of LOASBY'S "WAHOO," a herbal remedy that is claimed to be a real specific for Indigestion and Liver. Complaints. Following tho example of the leading metropolitan and country newspapers, we recently, at tho imitation of Loasby's " Wah oo " Manufacturing Company, Ltd., of Sydney and Now Zealand, despatched a reporter to call on Mrs Date, and to make A STRICT AND IMPARTIAL INVESTIGATION into the truth or otherwise of this lady's case, and what transpired at the interview is here laid down : — " My firstknowledgeof Loaßby's 'Wahoo,'" said Mrs Date, as wo took a seat, after explaining who wo were and what we came for, " was gained by reading a handbill left at my cottage giving particulars of many wonderful recoveries after using 'Wahoo' by residents in Now Zealand. In many of the cases the symptoms were almost exactly like some of mine; so much so that I resolved to give ' Wahoo * a trial." ' A natural decision," we remarked. "Well, I went down to Messrs Hart and Firkin's Grand Central Dispensary, in Hunter Street, and got a bottle, and, of course, started immediately to take it." p " What were you suffering from P " " From indigestion and livor complaint in a very bad form." " Had you suffered ldng ? " '•I have been bad," said Mrs Date, with a sigh, as she seemed to consider for a moment, "for the last 21 years ; I have suffered severely for that time. YOU PROBABLY KNOW THE SYMPTOMS. I was very weak and low-spirited. I always felt tired and languid j in fact, it was a perfect misery to me to have to do even the odds and ends about tSbe house. A PECULIAR GIDDINJBSS sometimes overtook me, and something seemed to be pressing on my forain, and I always had a terrible headache. I had specks always floating in front of my eyes; sometimes they looked like stars and small moons, and then my eyesight became affected. My mouth was dry and parched, my saliva seemed to have dried up, and my throat and mouth were filled with tough, stringy phlegm, that I could actually pull out in shreds with my fingers. . MY LIVER WAS INFLAMED AND SLUGGISH, I was troubled with sleeplessness ; in fact, >at times. I would scarcely close by eyes for perhaps a week at a time, and you can imagine how miserable and low-spirited that would leave me." " You were, indeed, sorely troubled," we remarked. "Yes," continued Mrs Date, "I have had ray share. Chronic indigestion \b a bad thing at any time, but particularly so to anyone placed as I\ am. You know, of course," said she, "that my husband has been an invalid for the last twelve years, and I have to keep the house going, and,,, you see I am not a young woman." ''' "How long is it since you started to take Loasby's ' Wahoo'?" " About six weeks." "And what has been the result, Mrs Date?" " Well, I took the first dose of Loasby's 'Wahoo' in tho forenoon, and a few hours later I felt the relief coming. The next day I felfc quite invigorated. Ever since I have gone on improving in health, and all the giddiness which was coming over me in consequence of THE ACUTE INDIGESTION • HAS DISAPPE xRED ALTOGETHER, and the palpitation of the heart has gone, and my breathing is now good, whereas before it was always oppressed. As a matter of fact, I am quite a new woman now, though I am sixty-nine years of age." " Have you been \inder any other treatment? 1 ' "Oh, deai-, yes !" said Mrs Date. " I have been under a good many doctors, both English and French, and MORE THAN ONE DOCTOR PRONOUNCED ME INCURABLE. , They all said I liad chronic dyspepsia and liver complaint ; and the most any of them could do for me was to give temporary relief. In addition to this, I .have tried lots of remedies advertised for this distressing complaint, and though one of them" —and Mrs Date horo mentioned the name of one of tho best known and most largely advortisccl medicines— "gave me some relief whilst I continued it, it was nothing like Loasby's ' Wahoo ' in its effects." "How," inquired the reporter, "have these complaints been actually removed P" "Oh! I am not troubled now as I used to be. For instance, tho dizziuesß and giddiness have not been noticeable at all since 1 took Loasby's ' Waboo,' and I can walk with ense and sleep soundly. The want of sleep and the giddiness which, I had previously suffered from had caused me to fear that I would lose toy senses. My appetite is splendid, and my food does not upset mo and make me feel uncomfortable as is used to do. I feel stronger and better in every way." " You are satisfied, then, that Loasby's ' Wahoo ' effected all this improvement in your general health ?" "Yes, I am positively sure of it, for I havo taken no other medicine during the past six weeks." " How many bottles of Loasby's ' Wahoo * have you used ?" "I am now on the third. lam certain less would liavo done. I felt quite well — almost as well as I do now — after the third dose of tho first bottle; but I thought it wise to continue the treatment. I mean to say th at, n s far as my experience of Loasby's ' Wahoo ' has gone, people can get all the relief they stand in need of from one bottle of it." "You seem to look upon Loasbys 'Wahoo' as a national boon?" queried the reporter. "Well, yes, I do," added Mrs Date, emphatically ; " for if it gives others the relief and comfort it has given me there must bo SOMETHING MARVELLOUS ABOUT IT. Nothing has over worked such a radical change in my system before." Mrs Date stated in conclusion "that she intended recommending Loasby's ' Wahoo* to all her friends ;" and she added, significantly, "You can bet my. house will never be without a bottloofit so long as I have half-a-crown." LOASBY'S "WAHOO," price 2s 6d, can be obtained from all Chemists ; or post • free from Loasby's " Wahoo " Manufacturing Couipauy, Great King Stroet, Duaedin.
