A THANKSGIVING SERVICE.

[Per Press Association.] LONDON, Feb. 22. In connection witjj tbe record reign celebrations it lias been arranged that a thanksgiving service shall be held on June 22 in the open air, on the western steps of Sb Paul's Cathedral, so as to avoid the necessity of her Majesty leaving her carriage. The Archbishop of Canterbury will deliver an address.
