A PLEA OF SUICIDE. [Per Press Association.] SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 22. Butler alleges that Weller committed suicide after a drinking bout. Butler says that the weapon used by Weller in committing suicide was a pistol which was given him by reporters, the bullet in which was found by Butler. N The latter says that he "buried the body of Weller himself.
