CALCUTTA, Jan. 1

At the Indian National Congress a resolution was carried demanding that no native Prince should be deposed from the throne until a public tribunal had proved him guilty of miscouduet. It was further decided that the settlement of tho land revenue question should bo guaranteed for sixty years. When the question of finance came up for discussion a vote of sixty thousand rupees was granted to the British Committee of Congress to defray its expenses. A feeling of irritation manifested itself in the Congress, due to the fact that the Moslem section complained tbat the Hindoo delegates outnumber them, a sj:ate of affairs which they deem an injustice.
