CHRISTCHURCH V. CANTERBURY. The return match between the Christchurch and Canterbury Bowling Clubstobk.place on the ground of the Christchurch Club on Saturday afternoon. Twenty-one ends were played at five rinks, and the. result was a win for the Christchurch Club by 30 points. At seven ends the score stood— Christchurch 61, Canterbury 23; at fourteen ends it was — Christchurch 77, Canterbury 59 ; and at twentyone ends — Christchurch 122, Canterbury 92. The representatives of the older club won at three rinks and were beaten at one, while the game at the other was drawn. The green was in capital order and the weather very favourable.
