MOUNT PEEL.

This Board held its usual monthly meeting on Nov. 20, all the members being present. Mr T. Sugrue interviewed the Board and requested reconsideration of the Board's offer of .£l2 in full payment of work done in Cattle Valley Eoad. It was decided that Mr Sugrue must finish the work according to specification or accept the sum offered. Mr Sugrue decided to complete the work. The Overseer's report was read, and it was resolved that the fence on the road embankment at Arundel should be repaired, and that various other small matters reported on should be attended to.
