Mr Bishop, for the plaintiff, appeared in connection with the return to an originating summons herein, and applied for directions. . Mr M'Connel appeared for the infant defendant! After discussion, his Honor said that ho thought the matter would bo better settled byan administration snit. Hewouldadjourn the application to 10 a.m. next day in order to look into the English practice.
