[Pee Press Association.! • DUNEDIN, August 28. , John Howard, alias Edwards, and Alfred Gill have been committed for trial for the theft from a house of an overcoat. In the case of M. Shaddock v. Brisley, the judge found that the plaintiff claimed as inventions a number of things, some of which were not new, and others that were not patentable. Judgment for the defendant. I
