Watkin, Wesleyan minister at Onehunga, disappeared mysteriously on Friday night, arid cannot be traced. The theft is believed to have been committed by some one staying in the, hotel. DUNEDIN, Mat 18. At Milton, toi-day, William Moir was fined £80 (or four months' imprisonment) for slygrog selling at Balclutha. The defendant had tbrice been previously convicted. Mr Hawkins, S.M., severely lectured the witnesses for the Crown, saying that he disbelieved their testimony. Notice of appeal was given. __^
