The Viscount Robert' Torfcera de Lafare announces in Paris that he will soon begin the publication of a newspaper to which a •number of Spirits will contribute. Among the contributors he mentions Dante, Spinosa, Auguste Cointe, Hypatia, Marcus Aurelius and St Cecilio. And the beauty oi the arrangement for him is that they cai present no bills.
