There was a fair attendance at the Geraldine fortnightly stock sale, when the auctioneers decided to prit down the system known as: "trotting," > with the result that the -Bale was got through in much less: time than usual. There was> fair entry of sheep, and prices were as follow :—^Three-quarter-bred lambs 3s to 7s 2d, tw.Of-tooth tethers and maiden ewe 3 6s to 7s Id, two-tsjfch wethers 7s 6d to 7s lOd, two-tooth W«iters and ewes 9s lOd, four-tooth-.<wethers 9a Bd, six-tooth halfbred ewes 6s. ld. ,Therewasa fairly good entry of pigs, stores bringing 6s 6d to 8s and weaners;;2B.
