A requisition is being signed here asking i the Directors of the Wakainarina /Gorge i and Deep Creek Gold Mining Company to convene an extraordinary general meet- , ing of shareholders to consider : — (1) The removal of the registered office of • the company from Blenheim to Well ington. (2) The removal from office of the present Board of Directors ; and the appointment of a new Board. (3) i The removal from office of the present legal manager and the appointment of . some other person to the office of legal I manager. The requisition is to be sent on L 'to the Blenheim and Christ church shareholders for their signature.
