Centrals have advanced fromSd to Is 2d. Waihi Silverton, buyers 625. Waihi Consols, sales Is 6d. Arrangements have been completed for floating 390 acres •at Whangamata, the purchasers being willing to* pay JJIOOO deposit. Very rich ore has been obtained from the Premier Mine, Waiorongomai, and the reef has widened to 25ft. It is owned by an English syndicate.
