CHEISTCHUECH. Thursday, Feb. 13. (Before Mr E. Beetham, S.M.) Drunkenness. — A woman who had not been previously charged with drunkenness was remanded for medical treatment. (Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) Civil Cases. — Judgment by default, with costs, was given for plaintiffs in the following cases : — Waller, Myhre and Co. v. J. Belk, claim -£31 12s 5 W. Burnip v. B. Caghill, 19s 6d.— E. M. Simpson v. J. Dingwall, claim £5 5 Mr Beattie for defendant. Plaintiff was nonsuited with costs.— E. Hammond v. Annie Townson, claim £2 7s 6d ; Mr Cresswell for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given with costs.— The following cases were adjourned :— M. Woodrough v. Brown and Brown, £41 19s 7d, till Feb. 17 ; C, H. Walter v. Lukey, .85 14s, and J. Baldwin v. F. O'Grady, £5 ls, tiU Feb. 27.
