The second day's 1 racing of the International Cycling Eace Meeting, promoted by the Christchurch Cycling Club, took place at Lancaster Park this afternoon. There was a large attendance, and the weather was very favourable for racing. The following are results up to the time of our going to press : — , One-mile Maiden Handicap; first prize 6 soys, second 2 soys, third 1 soys — H: Dawson 1, T. C. Hall 2, E. J. Shaw 3. Won by eighty yards. Time — 2min 35£ sec. One-mile First-class Handicap ; first prize 1 soys, second 3 soys, third 1 sov — H. J. Pither (Australia) 1, W. Martin (America) 2, A. R. Barker 3. Won by twenty yards. Time — 2min 20sec. Three-mile Second-class Handicap ; first prize 5 soys, second 2 soys, third 1 sov— F. Hunt, Rangitikei, 1 • F. N. Chainey,Christchurch, 2 ; P. Dunn, Christchurch, 3. Time — Bmin 3sec.
