[Peb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Feb. 11. \ Representatives of the Fire Underwriters' Association have been sitting in conference here for the last ten days. Amongst other subjects they have had ■ the fire tariff under revision, and to-day a resolution was passed that between this date and the date on which the revised tariff are brought into operation, the rates of the now current tariff are to be charged, subject to the provision that refunds may be made in cases where the new rate proves lower than the old.
