Tuesday, Feb. 11. (Before Mr J. T. Brice, J.P., and Mr S. H. Willis, J.P.) Drunkenness. — Joseph Eutledge was convicted of being drunk and resisting the police, and was fined 10s on each charge. Illegally on Premises. — Henry Scott and Thomas Lawson, who had been found sleeping in an unoccupied house owned by Mrs Bailey, and situated on Jackson's Eoad, were sent to gaol for fourteen days.
