Stephenson and Barry bowled beat for the Midland. St Albans v. Stden^aiv and AddingTon.— These teams played their retrirn match on Saturday. After a close finish St Albans won by 14 runs. Lanoasteb Park B Team.— This match was continued at Hagley Park on Saturday, and when play ceased the scores were : — B team 115 and- 166 (Irwin 41, A. and E. Steeds 28 each, Bromley 20, Tolan 19 and Weir 15) 5 A team 120 (Henderson 34, M. Steeds 23, Johnston 18, E. H. Pavitt 13 and Manning 12) and 45 for two wickets (M. Steeds 23). Pegg bowled best for the A team and : Mason and Johnston for the B team. The match will be continued this evening at 5.15. i :". ° . St Albans v. Midland No. I.— This match was brought to a conclusion at Hagley Park on Saturday, when the former • won by eight -wickets.
