The City Guards. . — Early yesterday morning Colonel Pox- inspected the corps in outpost • w,ork, the scene of .action being Hagley, .Park at the back of the Christ's. College cricket ground. Forty-five members took part under the same officers, as were present at the inspection the previous evening. Sentries Avere posted by 5.30.
