The roll having been" called, the standing orders were suspended and the election of bfficera j proceeded with. The officers elected were then installed by District President, Bro J. Poster, assisted by District Grand President Brb W. Bailey. Votes of thanks were passed to the installing officers,; to the retiring officers, and to the scrutineers. It. was mentioned that the Lodge had, entered uponits twentieth year, and the hope was expressed t&at the occasion would be duly celebrated. A Past Arch diploma was ordered, to be, procured for presenta-, tionto Past Arch Bro Wakefieldat the next meeting. .The Lodge was then closed in the usual form by the Arch Druid, Bro A. Stewart. Eeceipts J6130 185. 21 The balance-sheet for the half-year ending B; ec. 31 showed the total worth i of . funds to be 4s 3d, of which 8s lid stood to the credit of the • sick fund. The numerical strength is- two hundred and seventeen. The auditors, Bro T. Marriott, P.A., and Bro H.."E. Smith, P. A., reported favourably. .
