THE BOOTMAKEES' CONPEEENCE.

The following report of the sittings of the 'cpnference, which commenced at Inglis's Buildings on Tuesday last, at 2.30 p.m., has- been supplied by the Joint Committee:— ■■.■;■• Theconference was. an adjournment of the one held about three months ago, at 'which no settlement was effected.
