[Per Press Association.] v AUCKLAND, Jan. 13,

Sergeant Kelly and five constables left for Russell by the s.s. Clansman en route for Kaikohe to execute warrants against certain Natives (about ten) for non-payment of dog taxes. Judgment was given against them after being summoned before the Magistrate. They have not paid up, and the police have instructions to arrest the defaulters.
