The Foreign Committee of the House advises that Eussia should be asked to represent the interests of the United State 3in Armenia, including the claims of tho United States missionaries for losses through the destruction of their mission stations. A large landowner in New Mexico offers to mate a gift of half a million acres for the establishment of. an Armenian colony.
