Mondat, Dec. 2. (Before Mr G. Laurenson, J.P., and Mr T. Dyer, J ; P.) Flour Thbowing.— Two small boya who had been amusing themselves with throwing flour on the occasion of the declaration of the poll at the late mayoral election, were subjected to a good talking to by the Bench and discharged.
