WELLINGTON, Juw 31. 1 The eighfc-roomod ravdot,r, e of Jstcca Kearney, a farmer at Upper Hutt, waß i destroyed by fire. The house and furniture were insured for £400 in the London and Lancashire,. North British and Mercantile officeß. About £12 worth of furniture was saved. The fire originated from a> defective chimney.
