Industrial Exhibition.— A meeting of the Entertainment Committee in connection with the forthcoming Industrial Exhibition was held on Saturday evening. Offers of assistance of a very encouraging nature were received, and ib waß intimated that, in all probability, the applications for space would be so numerous as to necessitate the erection of a large area of temporary additions to the drillshed. It is understood that these additions will include a special hall for entertainments, and that the arrangements of the committoo will be amplified accordingly. At a meeting to be hold next Saturday evening it ia intended to proceed with the details of tho entertainments to be provided. Ushers in the Queen's household receive £200 per annum.
