Mutual Improvement Society. — The usual meeting of the Durham Street Wesleyan Mutual Improvement Society was held on Friday evening, a large number of members being present. Mr Ffrost gave a lecture on hypnotism* reviewing the early hi Btory and progress of the science, and inetancing.Bonio wonderful cures which had teen effected by its use.
