♦ . - [Psa Press A Bar ciation.J WELLINGTON, Mat 14. The hotel at Taita, known as Honeymoon Cottage,' occupied by Mra Guilford, was destroyed by fire this morning. The buildirg was owned by Mesara Staples and Co., and was inaurf d for .£IOOO in the United Office, £750 of that amount being re-icsured. Inspector Brobam received a telegram to-day, stating lhat a Bix-roomed house and 6 tore at Sheffield, formerly occupied by "Vincent Bros., butchers, was destroyed by fire last night. The building was the property oE Mrs Annie Sheppard, and waß insured in tho New Zealand Office for jeieo. ;
